Homes Without ECO-Logic System
Homes constructed without an ECO-logic System are forced to use the conventional procedure of cutting holes in walls or drilling holes through the floor. This can destroy your carpet or tile, plus an unpleasant odor lasts for a few days afterward. But the big disadvantage of conventional pest control techniques is not have the protection, or the time and money savings the ECO-Logic System offers.
Brick Guard Tubes
Brick Guard Tubes are your inner line of defense between the inside finished veneer wall and outside of the finished interior wall. Pest Tubes are positioned to prevent insects from entering through the weepholes of the brick. Brick Guard Tubes are also connected to a centralized service port for easy application of materials.
Pest Tubes
Similar in design to our Sub-Soil System, our Pest Tube ECO-Logic System is placed within the wall voids during the construction phase of your new home. Before the sheet rock is put in place a series of tubes, with perforations about every 12 inches, is run within the walls and through the studs positioned about 4-6 inches up from the floor. This tubing system is then networked throughout the interior and exterior walls of your home, ending at a single service port mounted on an outside wall. When future applications become necessary, a qualified Esparza Pest Control service technician simply injects precise amounts of material into the tubing followed by an application of compressed air. This creates a fine mist that adheres to all interior wall surfaces, effectively protecting your home and family from breeding insects and other pests.
